June 9‑10, 2026 – Houston, George R. Brown Convention Center
FOBOS, a professional manufacturer of medical‑grade and specialty fluoropolymer precision tubing, is making its North American debut at the inaugural ChemE Show 2026 – a brand‑new platform for chemical engineering, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, co‑organized by ACHEMA and Gulf Energy Information. Our booth number is BOOTH 314.

The two‑day event has attracted approximately 14,500 professional visitors and over 100 exhibitors from around the world, covering process engineering, pharmaceutical biomanufacturing, fluid control, digitalization and energy transition. Industry leaders including ExxonMobil, Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson are sharing their insights on decarbonization, AI/digital twins, green hydrogen scale‑up and other key topics.

Strong early response for FOBOS’ product lineup
At BOOTH 314, FOBOS is showcasing five core product families based on high‑purity fluoropolymers (PTFE/PFA/FEP), targeting medical, pharmaceutical, microbiological testing and even aerospace applications. The booth has already received a steady flow of visitors, including medical device purchasing managers, pharmaceutical process engineers and R&D personnel from North America, Europe and Asia.
AWG Standard Medical Tubing – Manufactured in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, this tubing series complies with AWG dimensional standards and offers excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance. Several minimally invasive device manufacturers have shown strong interest in its traceability and cleanroom production.

Multi‑Lumen Tubing – Available in round, oval, T‑shaped and triangular cross‑sections, our multi‑lumen tubing offers an extremely wide operating temperature range (-240°C to 260°C) and precise outer diameter control (0.20 – 20 mm, tolerance ±0.02 mm). A neurovascular R&D engineer visiting the booth commented that the independent lumens and tight tolerances perfectly match their next‑generation drug delivery catheter design.

ePTFE Microporous Tube – With uniform pore sizes of 0.45 – 0.8 μm, high porosity and a 30% higher flow rate compared to conventional filters, this tube achieves microbial retention ≥10⁷ CFU/cm². Multiple quality managers from CRO laboratories have already requested samples for microbiological testing applications.

PTFE Thin‑Wall Tubing (including ultra‑thin‑wall heat shrink tubing) – Wall thickness down to 0.025 mm. It effectively increases catheter stiffness and maneuverability without adding significant device profile, making it ideal for covering laser‑cut hypotubes, braided mandrels and spring coils. Several endoscopy and structural heart device manufacturers are actively inquiring about custom wall thickness options.

Aerospace & Military Bellows – Featuring a PTFE inner tube combined with special outer layers, these bellows maintain excellent impact toughness, dimensional stability and low elastic modulus temperature coefficient even in cryogenic media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen. Although ChemE Show 2026 focuses mainly on chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the bellows have attracted attention from professionals working on specialty fluid control and aerospace components.

Show progress and customer feedback
The show has just begun, and the FOBOS team at BOOTH 314 has already welcomed multiple waves of professional visitors. Product brochures and sample tubes are being distributed steadily. Early interest has been particularly strong for the ePTFE microporous tube and the multi‑lumen tubing. Many visitors have left their contact information, requesting detailed technical datasheets and follow‑up meetings after the show.
Looking ahead
ChemE Show 2026 – Powered by ACHEMA – is proving to be an effective bridge between the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech communities in North America. For FOBOS, this exhibition validates our product competitiveness and helps us better understand customer needs in high‑end applications such as multi‑lumen drug delivery, microbiological filtration, thin‑wall catheter reinforcement and specialty industrial fluid handling.
All sample requests and technical inquiries received during the show are being processed. Customers who could not visit us in person are always welcome to contact us via our website: www.fobospolymer.com
