PTFE Single-Lumen Tubing contains one continuous internal channel. It can serve as a fluid path, guidewire channel, instrument channel, catheter liner or electrical insulation component.
Fobos manufactures single-lumen tubing according to customer drawings, samples and assembly requirements. Products can be supplied in continuous coils or specified cut lengths. Optional outer-surface etching is available for bonding, over-molding and catheter assembly.

Class 10,000 Cleanroom Manufacturing
Fobos manufactures medical PTFE single-lumen tubing in a Class 10,000 cleanroom under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.
The controlled production environment supports the manufacture and handling of precision tubing for medical device applications. Fobos can provide custom ID, OD, wall thickness, color, length and surface treatment according to customer drawings and assembly requirements.
From sample development to batch production, tubing dimensions and appearance are inspected according to the agreed specifications. Cleanroom production images are also available for supplier evaluation.
